We've been named as one of the Professional Advisers ‘Best Financial Advisers to Work For 2026’ - and we couldn't be prouder!
It’s celebration central at Verve, because on Wednesday 18th March, we were recognised as one of this years’ ‘Best Financial Advisers to Work For’ in the Professional Adviser Awards - recognised out of more than 250 firms reviewed across the UK. That puts us in an elite group of just 30 firms across the entire financial advice industry.
Verve voices (and values) in the mix
Verve is no stranger to award wins, being recognised for our great work, our ambition and unique difference never gets old.
But what makes this award really stand out, is how it's decided. It's based entirely on independent research carried out by the Workforce Research Group - meaning the result comes straight from the people who matter most: our team. Every voice counted, from our most senior roles right through to the newest members of the team. That's what makes awards such as this one much more special.
We talk a lot about culture at Verve. It's not just a section on our website or a box we tick at interview. It's the reason people join us, stay with us and genuinely enjoy showing up each day. Whether that's the flexibility to work in a way that suits, working with purpose to drive financial services forwards or simply the fact that colleagues here quickly become friends for life.
We live and breathe our values and this award is proof of that.
Other enviable accolades
This recognition sits alongside two consecutive years on the Sunday Times Best Place to Work list – in my opinion, one of the most enviable workplace accolades in the country.
Both awards work in the same way: there’s no submission to polish and no panel pitch to prepare. They're driven entirely by independent research - looking at how people feel at work, their relationships with colleagues and managers, working with purpose and how leadership shows up day to day.
The Sunday Times spans every sector nationally and Professional Adviser award is the benchmark specifically for financial services. So to be recognised in both really means a lot.
How do we do it?
Our philosophy is that a happy team is the foundation of everything else - brilliant client service, innovative thinking and real growth. This award is a reminder that we're getting that bit right and it gives us even more motivation to keep pushing forward.
And we're not done just yet, the Sunday Times list is announced again in May and we'd love nothing more than to make it a hat-trick… To Team Verve, thank you. This trophy is for all of you.
If you're thinking about your next move, or simply curious about what life at Verve really looks like, we'd love to hear from you. Take a look at our careers page and come and see what all the fuss is about.
