Coming from a creative agency background, Natalie joined the team back in 2017 with a shared vision to build and grow something completely fresh to push forward financial services. In her role, she leads both the people and brand sides of the business - creating our award-winning internal culture, driving talent development and protecting the Verve brand. Using her expertise in story telling, leadership development and motivational psychology (plus coaching qualifications to boot!), she's all about engaging hearts and minds, internally and externally, in Verve's story. She's the ultimate people person and when she's not working, you'll most likely find her singing somewhere!
