What is a QCI, anyway? It’s the antidote to the once-a-year compliance scramble. A quarterly check-in, designed to keep firms engaged with regulation all year round, so they’re always prepared – and until now, available exclusively to our compliance users.
During each structured session, the compliance team steps back from day-to-day file work to review the regulatory landscape, and translate it into what your firm needs to do next.
Not a file check, not an annual audit – more of a pulse check that keeps the conversation moving.
The recording is usually available on DexteraTM for compliance clients (standard and premium!), and now we’re making it available on a pay-as-you-go basis, for just £50.
Think of it as your quarterly download on everything that's shifted, and what it means for your firm.
Our most recent session covered:
A QCI at Verve isn't one person talking through their notes. It's two compliance consultants reviewing the quarter together in-depth, cross-checking each other and drawing expert conclusions.
Plus, it's all backed by data from DexteraTM, our technology platform, and its file tracking metrics, training and competency records, CPD statistics and complaints logging.
Access to QCIs comes as standard with compliance – another lovely perk of the service, alongside a full technical library, compliance and technical helpdesks, loads of frameworks and templates, and more.
If you’re not a compliance user but want access to the QCI, good news! We’re making our latest QCI recording, and all of them to come, available for £50 via your DexteraTM account.
To access it, log in and use the left hand menu to head to Training, and then Library. Type QCI into the search bar, and voila.
If you have any questions about the QCI, switching to Verve or compliance in general, do reach out using the Say Hi page – we love to chat.
If you’re finding compliance frustrating, confusing or intimidating, it might be time to consider switching to Verve, where we make it straightforward.
