The financial services specialist will pass AI-driven time savings directly to advice firms, rather than retaining them as profit.
Verve is the specialist outsourced support business, helping financial services firms with compliance, paraplanning, T&C, operations and marketing.
This week Verve has announced significant price reductions across its website creation packages, having integrated finely tuned AI into its production workflow. Rather than absorbing the resulting efficiencies as margin, Verve is passing the savings directly to clients.
The new AI-enabled option sits as a more affordable alternative to Verve's more traditional, bespoke website design service, giving firms a choice at every tier:
The decision reflects Verve's core mission: to help financial advice firms develop and grow. The company sees AI as a means of improving efficiency and lowering the cost of professional services for advice firms across the country and, ultimately, reducing the cost borne by the end client.
Marketing is the first Verve service to become AI-enabled, but as the company develops efficiencies, the plan is to deploy at scale.
Cathi Harrison, CEO of Verve said:
"Our aim has never been to use AI to widen our own margins. It's to make high-quality websites more accessible to advice firms, and to pass every hour we save straight back to them. When our clients spend less, their clients benefit too. That's the outcome we care about."
By combining AI-enabled production with the same high standards of design and financial services expertise, Verve says firms can have their own professional websites at a materially lower cost, without a compromise on quality.
Clients report that the approach delivers on both cost and craft.
Cera Taylor, a recent client, said:
"I'd highly recommend the team at Verve. They took everything that was in my head and turned it into a brand I love. I originally came to Verve for my website, but I've since engaged them for branding and stationery too, and the costs have been really reasonable throughout."
The reduced pricing on AI-enabled website design will be formally announced at Verve’s Transformation conference in London on 8th September, and is available now.
