Anna has nearly 20 years of experience in financial services. Over the years, she’s taken on a variety of roles across different areas and products, giving her a real understanding of the challenges firms face (because she’s faced them too). Anna’s a big believer in keeping compliance clear and practical – cutting through the jargon so businesses can stay focused on what really matters: their clients.

After choosing a career in financial services straight out of university, Maddie's experience as a compliance manager helps her empathise with adviser firms and their current frustrations. With years of experience and a fresh outlook on the industry, Maddie can help firms understand the regulators current focuses and ensuring it's embedded effortlessly within their processes and culture.
