Scarlet isn't one to shy away from hard work, having started her own cleaning business when she left college at 18. In July 2026, she joined the Verve Foundation's New Talent programme, where she's working towards her Certificate in Financial Services. It wasn't long before she spotted a vacancy in the Verve office, and she now works as our Financial Administrator to support our paraplanning team. She's learning on the job and already loves being part of such a welcoming team. Outside of work, Scarlet loves anything to do with music, especially live gigs and concerts, as well as comedy and live shows.
