Louise has been working in finance since leaving school and brings a wealth of experience to Verve. She joined us from a finance role within Children’s Services and previously ran her own bookkeeping work from home for many years. Now part of our Business Operations team, Louise supports both Finance and HR, helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. In her role, Louise looks after day-to-day finance and accounting tasks such as invoicing, reconciliations and reporting, while also supporting payroll and HR administration across the business. Outside of work, Louise enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter - and you’ll usually find her at the stables when she’s not in the office.
