Flo joins our Client Support, bringing great people skills and a strong customer service background from her time as a Shift Manager. After studying Psychology at Leeds Beckett University, she spent a few incredible months travelling around Australia before returning to the UK - where she is now excited to start her journey in Financial Services. In her role at Verve, Flo’s one of the first friendly voices our clients will hear. She helps keep everything running smoothly - from handling client queries and coordinating diaries, to making sure onboarding and events go without a hitch. Always up for a challenge, Flo’s passionate about delivering great service and making every client experience the best it can be.
