We're excited to be part of GROW on Tour, Verve's CPD roadshow coming to five UK cities this May. Joining Morningstar, Aspen, M&G and Verve.
I'll be at GROW on Tour with Millie O'Brien (Business Operations Lead at Marloo) to delivering a session that gets to the heart of something most advice firms are struggling with: how to actually get your team using AI.
We will be presenting "Beyond the note taker: how to get your team actually using AI (not just buying it)." It's a topic we're well placed to speak on, having helped hundreds of advice firms introduce AI into their practice. The session covers the real reasons adoption fails, what high-performing firms do differently, and the early mistakes that kill a tool rollout before it even gets started.
This isn't a generic AI overview. It's a practical look at how firms are successfully rolling out the use of AI tools to transform the working week. Attendees will leave with:
This session won't be delivered anywhere else this year. If you want these insights, you need to be in the room.
Each GROW on Tour event runs 10am to 3pm with five rotating expert sessions, all counting towards your CPD hours. The small-group format of 10 to 20 advisers keeps things conversational and relaxed, with plenty of time to connect with other local advisers over lunch and coffee throughout the day. The other sessions cover client behaviour with Morningstar, modern investment solutions with Aspen, IHT and intergenerational planning with M&G, and evidencing good client outcomes with Verve.
